The Tarsus warranty covers parts only and does not cover the return of the product or Labor. Tarsus electronic components are covered by warranty for a period twelve months from the date of installation. Tarsus mechanical cables are covered for a period of six months from the date of the installation and all other mechanical components are covered for 24 months from the date of installation. This warranty applies to the original owner only, and only for the original vehicle for which the equipment was purchased. Only parts and components supplied by Tarsus are covered under this warranty. This warranty does not apply to dealer provided components such as (but not limited to): wiring, wire glands, wire crimps, auxiliary connectors, fuses, circuit breakers, custom button arrangements, custom switch arrangements, custom joysticks, and batteries. Tarsus supplied parts or components found to be defective during the warranty period may be returned. Tarsus makes no judgment of any kind as to a person’s ability to operate a motor vehicle equipped with Tarsus equipment. This warranty is non-transferable from the original customer and is void if any item is misused, modified or abused. Tarsus assumes no responsibility for the installation of any driving equipment by anyone, including distributors, dealers, customer’s garage, or other agents. It is the sole responsibility of the installer to ensure that ALL fitting and components are properly secured. To validate this warranty, this form needs to be completed within 10 days of product installation. Tarsus reserves the right to make changes in design or specification without prior notice and without incurring any obligation to provide change on previously manufactured merchandise.
